kpi(s)
usually keep constant during time, for ex:
- new customers/month
- quotations sent/month
- returning customer requests/month
- sales/month
okr(s)
are usually specific objectives, for ex:
- objective: increase sales quarterly sales in 20%
- result: sales last Q was X amount
