idempiere: allow sales pricelist on purchase order

Show product Pricelist on Purchase Order

Go to System profile, Windows, Tabs & Fields

Select Purchase Order Tab (header tab)

Remove the statement from the 

Sql Where field.

C_Order.IsSOTrx='N'
