Looking for a centralized contact software for all of the contact forms for into one server/service, for data structuring and traceability.
We currently have 20+ contact points which are separate from each other.
So we would be like to be able to have them all on one place.
I was expecting Google Forms to be a very mature and flexible product, as it comes from one of the worlds biggest technology companies, but it seems a product from 1993. I decided to go the Jot Form route, which even has a free 5 form plan (I will probably go with the paid version), but it is much more usable than gf.
