i've got my business goals written somewhere ( *** probably in some notebook that may or may not be already lost *** ) and its something that i update almost every year.
the problem here is that i have zero tracking and visibility on these goals and would like to have them organized in a way that it serves the business as a map to guide us and correct course when we're going somewhere that not aligned from our original goals. additionally, as this world is ever changing i would like to be able to update this goals as progress is made.
i will invest some time trying to find the best group of tools that serve this purpose, i would like to plan for 1,5 and 10 years.
